Almost ready to run

As great as the 10ee drives are,  mine arrived gutted.  All that was left was the two speed back, zip cut from the orginal DC Motor.

The solution is a 240V 5hp 3P motor mater with 2 speed back gear (topic of another story) powered by VFD.

All power is wired with 10g and the machines orgial contols are used for On/Off, For/Stop/Rev and speed.

Power into the VFD is turned on and off via a couple on contacts with a latch arrange hooked up the the machines push button swithes.  I stepped the power to 24V for this, just feels safer having low voltage running the controls.

There are current no fuses.  Not much and the location is awkward so the plant is to use a fussed disconnect.
