Here are three videos detailing how I converted a 10ee to a 3P motor and VFD control.  All original controls are used as is the two speed backgear box.  Some less common, but super useful tools and techniques like tool makers buttons and hold downs are used – not difficult or rare, but not often seen on you tube so I thought they might be of interest.
